Sea, air and express
Sea freight is the most economical for large volume but takes longer; air freight is faster for urgent or smaller orders; express courier is fastest for samples and small shipments. MOQ, weight and volume determine the best choice.
Protecting glass
Partitioned cartons keep bottles from contacting one another, inserts protect caps and decorations, and pallets reduce handling damage. Cartons and weights are planned in advance for a full container or LCL order.
Documentation and landed cost
We supply the packing list, invoice and required origin documents, and can quote FOB, CIF or other terms. Estimate freight and landed cost with the landed-cost estimator and see the shipping guide.
Choosing the method by order size and urgency
As a rule of thumb, a full container or large repeat order is most economical by sea, a smaller urgent order or a launch that must arrive on a fixed date often moves by air, and samples or tiny shipments go by express. The decision should be based on landed cost and the schedule, not freight alone, because a longer sea transit ties up stock and an air shipment may be justified to protect a launch date. Estimating both the weight and the volume is essential, since glass can weight out before it cubes out.
For repeat programs, holding the same bottle and packaging dimensions keeps the carton and pallet loading constant, which makes the freight planning predictable and allows a regular shipping rhythm rather than re-planning each order.
