Inspection & Testing

| Incoming / pre-production | Confirm mold, glass color, raw material and approved decoration standard before the run begins. |
| During production | Monitor dimensions, weight, capacity, bubbles, stones and mold lines on the line; remove defects early. |
| Finished product | Final visual and dimensional check of the decorated bottle before it is approved for packing. |
| Cross-cut adhesion | Cut the coating in a grid and test it to confirm print and spray bond correctly to the glass. |
| Alcohol resistance | Verify that the decoration withstands contact with fragrance and alcohol without lifting or fading. |
| Packaging check | Confirm export packing, labeling and documentation before dispatch. |
