1. Shipping methods
Orders are shipped by sea, air or express courier according to the volume, urgency and destination. The method, trade terms and delivery schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
2. Packaging
Glass products are packed in partitioned export cartons and palletised where appropriate to reduce the risk of breakage.
3. Lead times
Stock products are generally ready more quickly than custom decorated or molded products. Custom order timelines are confirmed before production.
4. Damages and claims
Because goods are made to specification, claims for damage or discrepancy should be raised promptly with the relevant documentation and are handled case by case according to the agreed terms.
