Round bottles are also the most efficient shape to manufacture and pack. There are no corners to protect, the walls form evenly, and the same bottle can be produced in clear flint, frosted or fully color-coated without changing the tooling. This makes the cylinder a sensible starting point for a new range and a dependable format for high-volume, repeat orders.

Because the form has no sharp edges, the cylinder is forgiving during filling and transit and is less prone to corner chips. We deliberately thicken the base to add weight and prevent tipping, and we control the neck diameter to a consistent tolerance so the pump and cap seat correctly. A well-made cylinder should feel substantial at the bottom and smooth at the shoulder.

The round form pairs naturally with both simple disc caps and substantial weighted closures, and it works with a standard crimp or screw neck. Capacity and proportions can be tuned while keeping the same visual language across a range.

Materials and construction

The glass itself is clear soda-lime flint, melted and formed in-house. Every bottle then goes through an annealing lehr, where controlled heating and cooling removes the stress that otherwise causes breakage. The result is a transparent, chemically stable bottle that shows the liquid and withstands the journey to market.

The base is deliberately thickened to add weight and reduce tipping, while the neck is finished to a consistent diameter so the pump and cap seat correctly and seal. The mouth is formed to a set tolerance, and bottles are inspected for cracks, stones, bubbles, mould lines and dimensional accuracy before they leave the line.

In its standard format this round bottle holds 100 ml and measures approximately 155 mm high by 56 mm wide. Because the bottle is made on our own moulds, fill volume and proportions can be tuned to your fragrance, and we commonly produce 10, 15, 30, 50 and 100 ml versions. The 100 ml bottle is the largest standard size in the fragrance range and the most economical for frequent users. At this size, the bottle becomes a statement piece on the vanity and on the shelf, with the widest body for decoration and the most substantial cap. The 100 ml format carries the lowest cost per millilitre and is popular with loyal customers and for everyday signature scents.

• Screen printing: A Pantone logo or text prints cleanly and reads from any angle; multiple registered colors are supported.

• Hot foil stamping: Gold or silver rings and emblems follow the curve and read as premium.
• Frosting and coating: The whole bottle can be frosted for a soft matte surface or spray-coated in a Pantone color.

Moulds and materials are confirmed first, the line is monitored as bottles are formed and decorated, and the finished goods are sampled before shipment. Adhesion and alcohol-resistance tests on decorated pieces confirm the finish will hold.
